Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Requirements: Early Childhood Teacher Qualification (ECT) & Nesa Accreditation At least Two years working in the childcare industry Current First Aid and CPR certification. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with school readiness programs Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
